Happy Summer from your Roosevelt PTA!
As we wrap up another wonderful school year, Roosevelt PTA would like to wish all of our students, families, teachers, and staff a happy and restful summer.
Thank you for being part of our Roosevelt community and for helping make this year so special. We are grateful for all the support, volunteering, participation, and school spirit shared throughout the year.
We'll be adding new content, updates, activity dates, and more, very soon!
We hope your summer is filled with fun, rest, sunshine, and time with the people you love. We’ll see you next school year!
Help Keep Our School Gardens Growing This Summer!
We’re looking for support from school families to help care for the gardens over the summer months. Volunteers will help keep the gardens healthy and thriving—and as a thank you, families are welcome to take home fresh produce from the garden.
This is a wonderful way to support our school community, spend time outdoors, and help share the harvest with others.
Families can sign up using the link below.

If you’d like to help but aren’t available during the summer Family Garden Club times, please email Clara at clara.wallner@commonthreadsfarm.org to learn about other ways to get involved.
The 2025-2026 Directory is available! It has been removed from ParentSquare, but you can request a copy by emailing Missy Asplund at communications@roosevelt-pta.org.
Advocacy is a core part of the Roosevelt PTA’s work!
We support policies and initiatives that help create safe, inclusive, and well-resourced schools where all students can learn and thrive.
Our advocacy efforts focus on key issues impacting our school community, including student well-being, public education funding, support for students with disabilities, family and community engagement, and inclusive school environments.
Visit our Advocacy page to learn more about current priorities, find helpful resources, and discover ways to stay informed and take action in support of our students and families.
