The Bear-a-thon is our biggest PTA fundraiser of the year! It's an amazing community-building experience and a great way to support our school. Money raised by the PTA provides after-school enrichment to our students, funds scholarship opportunities, supports our school staff, allows us to create other fun events for the Roosevelt community, and much more. Can we beat our 2024 total of $19,761.84 and hit $25,000?!

When: Friday, October 3, 2025
Who: All Roosevelt students
What: Students can collect pledges that are either a fixed amount or based on the number of laps completed. On Bear-a-thon day, each class will have 30 minutes to run, skip, walk, or dance their way around as many laps as they can!
Where: The gravel loop in front of the school
Business & Tax Donations: The Roosevelt PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers & fundraisers! Does your company match charity donations? Ask them to match your child’s Bearathon donations!
